MASURI Color Variation Policy

At MASURI, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible through high-quality photography and detailed product presentations.

However, slight color variations may occur due to factors beyond our control.

By placing an order with MASURI, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor differences between the product images and the actual product

Why Color Variations May Occur

Acceptable Color Variations

Non-Acceptable Color Variations

If you believe you have received a completely different color or an incorrect article, please contact our support team.

Exchange & Refund Eligibility

Please note that slight color variations caused by lighting or screen settings are not eligible for:

  • Exchange
  • Replacement
  • Refund

Requests related to significant color discrepancies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
